What is a Discovery Call?

A discovery call is a free 30-minute conversation to help you get clarity on what you desire and whether my coaching is the next step for you.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. This is a space to pause and reflect. To speak honestly about: what’s been weighing on you, what’s no longer working, and what you want (and need) more of in your life.

Our Introductory Call.

I’ll ask a few thoughtful questions, share how I’ll support you, and answer your questions about how we can work together.

There’s no pressure. Just a genuine conversation. Whether we decide to move forward or not; you’ll leave with more clarity and a reminder that it’s okay to want something different.
